Do you want to make the bars of chocolate from scratch? Who said you can only make it boiling the store-bought chocolate compounds? Follow this step-by-step recipe to make chocolate at home.
1 cup cocoa powder 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon salt
Take a double boiler and melt the butter. Stir in granulated sugar and cocoa powder.
Keep stirring till you get a smooth and glossy mixture. Add milk and vanilla extract.
Once the chocolate is smooth, pour it into moulds. Tap the moulds to get rid of bubbles.
Let the moulds come to room temperature and then refrigerate till set.
Remove the chocolate from the moulds, and your homemade treat is ready.
