This no-cake mould chocolate cake recipe using a saucepan is just what you need for the Monday blues. It is rich, fluffy, moist and everything that makes the perfect chocolate cake. Here is how to make this cake:
For The Cake ¼ cup water 1 tsp coffee powder ¼ cup cocoa powder 6 tbsp yoghurt 1tbsp sugar ¼ cup oil ¾ cup all-purpose flour ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda
For dark chocolate ganache 1 cup dark chocolate 1 cup fresh cream For white chocolate ganache 2 tbsp white chocolate 2 tbsp fresh cream
Add warm water, coffee powder, and cocoa powder in a bowl and whisk.
Add yoghurt, sugar and oil and whisk again for 2-3 mins.
Add in the flour, baking powder and soda and give a whisk.
Take a 6-inch saucepan grease and line the bottom.
Pour the chocolate batter into the saucepan.
Take a frying pan and heat it on medium. Place the saucepan over it and cover it.
Cook for 25-30 mins on low heat.
Make the dark chocolate ganache by heating the cream and chocolate.
Repeat the same process for white chocolate ganache.
Once cool and demoulded, garnish it with the ganache.
