Take boneless chicken and chop it in bite sized pieces. Add salt and pepper in water and put it to boil. Make sure there is enough water to make chicken broth.
Meanwhile, finely chop garlic, onions and green chillies. If you want to add vegetables, chop mushrooms, beans and carrots and take peas and corns.
After the chicken is cooked, drain it and keep the broth aside. Shred the boiled chicken with a knife. Now, heat up butter in a pan.
Add garlic and sautee it till golden. Add sliced onions and cook till they are soft. Now, add your favourite vegetables and cook for 5 minutes before adding chicken broth.
Add a teaspoon of cornflour to thicken the soup. Add the shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook till the soup thickens. Top it with parsley and serve hot.
