Want to make chakli at home but don’t have a chakli maker? Worry not! With these easy hacks, you won’t need a chakli maker to create perfect chaklis.
Use a piping bag with a star nozzle to pipe the chaklis and dry them before frying.
If you don’t have a piping bag, make a DIY piping bag with a ziplock bag.
Fill the dough in a cloth cone, make a hole at the bottom, and pipe chaklis like jalebi.
Roll the dough into a long strand with your hands and create a spiral shape.
Flatten the dough, then cut strips with a knife and make it into spirals.
