Carrot Juice For Immunity? Try It

A glass of carrot juice every morning can take you a long way towards good health. It can boost immunity, maintain heart health and much more. 

Ingredients

1 Carrot (washed, peeled  and finely chopped) 1/2 piece ginger (crushed) 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 lemon (juice) 

Add all the ingredients together in a blender. 

Blend well to a smooth consistency. 

You may also add honey to balance the flavour as it is also considered good for sore throat.
