The deal about gooey brownies served in your favourite cafe is just something else, isn’t it? But you don’t have to pay for the overpriced slice when you can make it at home with this easy recipe.
1 cup butter, melted 1.75 cups powdered sugar 3 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1.75 cups all-purpose flour ¾ cup cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon salt 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven and prepare a baking tray. Whisk melted butter and sugar.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the baking pan and smoothen the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Don't overbake, or you'll lose that fudgy goodness.
Let the brownies cool. Cut them into slices and enjoy.
