Butter Garlic Naan

Ingredients
½ cup maida 1 tbsp butter 2 tbsp curd 2 tsp garlic ½ tsp coriander leaves ½ tsp baking powder 1 pinch baking soda Salt as per taste ½ tsp oil
Take atta in a bowl. Add salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Add curd, oil and water, and knead a soft dough with hands.
Now take a small portion of the dough, roll it out evenly with a rolling pin.
Apply butter with brush evenly and cover the whole base. Sprinkle chopped garlic and coriander leaves on it.
Fold it, seal the dough and roll it again evenly.
Fold it, seal the dough and roll it again Now heat a non-stick tawa, and cook the naan evenly till it turns golden brown from both sidesevenly.
Serve hot with ghee slathered all over.
