How To Make Bengali Style Mutton Chop

Bengali style mutton chop is one of the most delicious snacks that you will ever have. Here are the steps to make it right.

Step 1

In a pan, add minced meat, chopped onions and spices and cook till its done. 

Step 2

In a bowl, take some mashed potatoes. In another bowl beat eggs and in a plate, keep breadcrumbs.

Step 3

Make small balls out of the minced meat and then add a layer of mashed potatoes.

Step 4

Heat up oil in a kadhai. Dip your chops into eggs first, then cover with breadcrumbs.

Step 4

Deep fry the chops in pan till golden. Serve with kasundi and chopped onions.
