1 cup almonds, blanched and ground 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon saffron strands 1 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter) Chopped pistachios or almonds for garnish
Heat ghee and stir in sugar and milk with roasted almonds. Cook until the mixture thickens and becomes slightly sticky.
Add cardamom powder and saffron. Let it cool.
Garnish with chopped pistachios or almonds. Serve.
