An easy, simple, and flavourful avocado toast recipe that makes for a quick, healthy, and satisfying breakfast or snack. Here is how to make your breakfast perfectly healthy:
For Toasts 8 to 10 slices of garlic bread or whole wheat bread 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil 1 garlic clove
For Avocado 1 avocado 1 garlic clove ½ teaspoon dried oregano or add as required ¼ teaspoon crushed black pepper Lemon juice as required salt as required
Slice a garlic loaf or a French bread.
Then heat the tawa and toast the bread.
Cut the avocado in two halves and remove the seed.
With a spoon, scoop out the entire avocado flesh.
Place the scooped avocado flesh in a bowl and then mash them.
Season with oregano, crushed black pepper, salt, and a few drops of lemon juice.
Mix well and keep aside.
Once the slices are toasted, then brush some extra virgin olive on top.
Halve the garlic and rub the garlic on all the bread slices.
Now gently place the avocado filling on the toasted bread slices.
You can even sprinkle some red chilli flakes.
