How To Make Any Fruit Jam With Just 3 Ingredients

Is there any better way to begin the day than a simple slice of toast and jam? The answer is yes. It's by having fresh, homemade jam instead of preservative heavy branded ones. Here are the secrets.

What You'll Need

500 grams fruit (you can use any fruit but ones with a high natural sugar content work best) 500 grams sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice

Step 1

Add all the fruit and sugar to a pot and simmer at a low heat.

Step 2

Slowly the fruit will release its natural water content. Let it cook till it reaches a jammy consistency then add a squeeze of lemon.

Step 3

Fill the jam into sterilised airtight jars and store in the fridge for up to 3 months.
