Winter Special: How To Make Amla Chutney

Winter is here and it is time to grind all those amlas to make the coarse and tangy chutney we love. Chutney is a desi condiment that can bring alive any mundane meal 

Ingredients: 

1 Tbsp oil 1 Tbsp saunf 1 cup boiled amla 1 tsp dhaniya powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 Tbsp ghee Salt to taste 

Step 1

In a pan, heat some oil and add sauf in it. 

Step 2

Add boiled pieces of amla. Toss it up well. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes

Step 3

Add dhaniya powder, red chilli powder and ghee. Cook for a minute. Now add bhrami leaves and salt. Let it cool. 

Step 4

Let the mixture cool. Blend it in a mixer and serve.
