Beetroot juice is the most nutritious beverage, rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It is a great source of fibre, folate, manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C. Regular consumption of this healthy drink will improve heart health, blood circulation, enhance blood detoxification and boost stamina.
2 beetroots (peeled & chopped) 1 apple (optional) 1 piece of ginger 1 cup water
Add beetroots, apple, ginger, and water to a blender
Blend until the texture becomes smooth
Strain the mixture using a fine mesh
Serve fresh and chilled
