How To Make A Club Sandwich Under 100 Calories

Ingredients

Two slices of multigrain bread 3 tbsp of hung curd 1/2 cucumber sliced 4 tbsp of shredded carrots 3-4 whole onion rings 1/2 tomato sliced 1 boiled egg 2-3 lettuce leaves 4-5 tbsp boiled chickpeas 1/2 tsp flaxseeds or sunflower seeds 1/2 tsp olive oil

Step 1

Mix hung curd, shredded carrots, chilli flakes, oregano, seeds, and salt in a bowl. 

Step 2

For protein, add one sliced boiled egg. Add chickpeas in a bowl and roughly mash them, then flavour them with some lemon juice, coriander, green chillies, and salt.

Step 3

Put the chopped vegetables in a slice of bread. The grains in the bread add a lot of fibre and crunch to the sandwich.

Step 4

Build your layers of hung curd spread and chickpeas mixture on the other slice of bread with a dash of pepper.

Grill the whole sandwich lightly and indulge in the deliciousness guilt-free.
