We all love soft, hot rotis but can we say the same about kneading the dough. It sure requires skill to knead the perfect dough, but we have a shortcut that will change your life.
Here’s what you need to do. Take a blender, add one cup of wheat flour to the blender.
Then add 1/4th tsp of salt. The quantity of salt is up to you, so add and regulate accordingly.
Now is the time to add some water. For one cup of atta, half a cup of water should be enough.
Cover the lid and blend all the seconds for about 20 seconds, have a look into the blender. Blend again for 20 seconds and then for 20 second again.
Take the flour mixture out of the blender, knead it once and your atta is ready.
