Your search for a healthy breakfast ends here! Here is the most nutritious breakfast, “Zuchhini Dal Uttapam” this recipe is easy to make and will give you a very satisfying breakfast. Here is how to make it.
1 ½ cups Masoor Dal 1 zucchini 50 ml ghee/olive oil 2 boiled potatoes 1 medium onion 50 gms coriander leaves ½ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin powder ½ tsp coriander powder ¼ tsp garam masala Salt to taste.
Wash and soak the dal for 1-2 hours
Transfer it to a blender and make a fine paste
Grate the zucchini and add salt to it; keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
Take a bowl, add masoor dal powder, boil the potato in it, and mash it.
Add sliced onion and chopped coriander.
Squeeze the excess water from the zucchini and add it to the mixture.
Add all the spices and mix it well.
Heat a tawa, oil it up and then pour the mixture into it.
Let it cook well on both sides and serve with green chutney.
