Cast iron utensils are extremely durable and good for your health too. But you need to take good care of them. Click to know how to properly clean and season them.
Pour kosher salt into a still-warm pan and scrub with a towel using tongs.
Rinse your pan with hot water and dry in completely with a cloth post that.
Place your pan on a stove on low flame and allow to dry it for a couple minutes.
Use a cloth to grease the pan with a thin layer of high-heat neutral oil. Heat until the oil starts to smoke.
Then, let it cool to room temperature. Your cast iron pan is cleaned and seasoned!
