The amount of water a person should drink daily can vary based on several factors like age, sex, weight and level of physical activity. According to the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine about 3.7 litres of water should be consumed by men while 2.7 litres by women. Here are some benefits of drinking water:
