1 cup soya chunks, 4.5 cup water divided, 2 cup peas, 1 onion (diced), 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp garlic (minced), 2 tomato (pureed), cilantro to garnish, 1 inch cinnamon, 1/2 tsp black peppercorns, 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp salt

Soak soya chunks in 3 cups water overnight. Strain the water and squeeze the chunks to remove extra liquid.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the whole spices for 30 seconds. Add onions, ginger and garlic and sauté for about 5 minutes.
