Nothing comforts your soul in winter like a bowl of hot and sour soup. It is the perfect recipe to relish while snuggling in your blanket and watching the rerun of your favourite TV show. Here is how you can make it at home.
1 chopped chilli 4 tbsp spring onion 1-inch ginger 2 tbsp vinegar ½ tsp salt, sugar, pepper ½ cup chopped capsicum 3 tbsp cabbage 2 garlic cloves 2 tbsp oil, soy sauce 4 cups water 1 chopped carrot 1 tsp chilli sauce 5 chopped beans 2 tbsp corn flour ¼ cup water
Chop all the vegetables and keep them aside.
Heat a wok, add oil, and saute all the vegetables.
Once veggies are done but they are still crispy, add sauces.
Sprinkle salt and sugar. Pour vinegar in the end.
Add water to adjust the consistency along with corn flour slurry.
Bring the ingredients to a boil and pour yourself hot and sour soup.
