It’s the winter season, and you must prepare something delicious, especially if you are hosting a bonfire party. Matar kebabs are delicious and healthy starters to enjoy with mint-green chutney or ketchup.
100 grams of paneer 1 tsp cumin seeds 1.5 cups peas 1.5 tsp sesame seeds 3-4 green chillies ½-inch ginger 2 tbsp cornflour 10 mint leaves 2 tbsp coriander leaves 5-6 cashews Oil as needed ½ tsp garam masala 3 tbsp roasted besan
Heat ghee in a pan and saute peas and paneer with chopped green chillies and spices.
Roast the ingredients until the peas are a bit soft. Keep the mixture aside.
Saute cashews in a small amount of oil and let them cool off.
Blend the ingredients into a coarse paste in a grinder and top it with roasted besan and corn flour.
Add some oil to your hands and shape the mixture in the form of kebabs.
Shallow-fry kebabs, plate, and enjoy!
