If you are looking for healthy alternatives for snacks, you must explore sweet potato tikkis. These are lightweight, fulfilling, and oh-so delicious. When paired with ketchup or green chutney, these are to die for.
3-4 sweet potatoes Salt to taste 2 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp red chilli powder 1.5 tsp coriander powder ½ tsp garam masala 1 tsp mix pav bhaji masala Oil as needed
Boil sweet potatoes until they are soft and the skin can be peeled easily.
Mash them in a large container and add spices, salt, and coriander leaves to it.

Heat a skillet, add oil to it, and roast tikkis.
When both sides are cooked, serve hot tikkis with green mint chutney.
