This homemade orange smoothie is made with fresh oranges, milk of your choice, and a touch of sweetener. It is a smoothie that is both healthy and delicious. It is a drink that is perfect for brightening up chillier winter days because it is creamy and refreshing.
4 fresh oranges, peeled 2 cups ice 1/3 cup milk (regular, soy, or coconut) 1–2 tbsp honey (or agave), optional 1 tsp vanilla extract
Place peeled oranges, ice, milk, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy in texture.
Taste the smoothie and add more sweetener if desired.
For a thicker consistency, add extra ice and blend again. Pour into a glass and serve immediately for freshness.
