Watermelon is regarded as the quintessential summer fruit by many, alongside mango. This fruit reaches its peak of popularity during the summer months, as it is known for its hydrating properties and subtle sweetness. Juicing watermelon is not only delicious but also a great way to enjoy the benefits of the fruit in an easy, convenient manner.
4 cups of cubed watermelon (seedless) 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice 1-2 tablespoons of honey or sugar (optional; adjust to taste) Ice cubes Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Remove the seeds from the watermelon if needed and cut it into small cubes. Place the watermelon cubes in a blender along with the fresh lime juice.
Blend until smooth and there are no chunks left. Taste the juice and add honey or sugar if desired, blending again to mix well.
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the watermelon juice over the ice.
Garnish with mint leaves if using. Serve chilled and enjoy your refreshing watermelon juice.
