Homemade Vada Pav Green Chutney To Pair With Indian Snacks

Vada pav is one of the most popular South Indian snacks. But the essence of a vada pav comes from the savoury green chutney. Here’s a quick recipe for you to make it at home.

Ingredients

2 cups coriander leaves 1 cup pudina leaves 2-4 green chillies 1-inch ginger 2 garlic cloves 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice Salt to taste Water as required

Step 1

Rinse and pat dry coriander and mint leaves.

Step 2

Chop green chillies, ginger, and garlic.

Step 3

Blend all the ingredients and water to get a smooth chutney.

Step 4

Add lemon juice and blend again.

Step 5

Pour into an air-tight jar and serve it with every Indian snack.
