Homemade Snack Bar For The Evening Munchies

When the odd craving for a snack hits and you want to eat something delicious, these deceptively simple and crunchy snack bars is all you will need to keep hunger at bay.

INGREDIENTS

5 tablespoons butter 1 cup marshmallows 1 cup crushed potato chips 1 cup Parle-G, lightly crushed ½ cup rolled oats ½ cup chocolate chips 1 cup cornflakes 2 cups kurmura

METHOD

Melt the butter and marshmallows on low heat until it forms a molten mixture.

METHOD

Add the remaining ingredients to the melted marshmallow and stir to combine.

METHOD

Empty it onto a greased baking sheet and spread around quickly towards the edges.

METHOD

Let it sit in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, until it hardens.

METHOD

Break or cut into pieces and store in an air-tight jar to enjoy as a snack.
