Rosemary tea is a soothing herbal infusion known for its refreshing flavour and health benefits. Easy to make at home, this aromatic tea is a perfect way to relax and rejuvenate.
Start by boiling a cup of water. Freshly boiled water will help extract the full essence of rosemary.
Use either fresh or dried rosemary. For fresh rosemary, take 1 to 2 sprigs, or 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary for a single serving.
Add the rosemary to the boiled water and cover. Let it steep for 5 to 7 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse.
After steeping, strain the tea to remove the rosemary leaves or sprigs.
Pour into a cup and enjoy. Optionally, add honey or lemon for extra flavour.
