Using a handful of ingredients, this chilled falooda is a mildly sweet treat packed with all kinds of textures. Think of it as a delicious desi-style ice cream float that is scented with the aroma of rose syrup.
1 tablespoon sabja seeds, soaked in milk ½ packet falooda sev 5 tablespoons rose syrup 1 cup milk 2 scoops vanilla ice cream 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
Cook the falooda sev as per packet instructions and rinse under cold water before setting aside.
Combine half of the rose syrup in milk and layer half at the bottom of a tall milkshake glass.
Top off the syrup in the glass with the sabja seed mixture, followed by the cooked falooda sev.
Add in the ice cream scoops and pour the rose milk to top it off.
Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve immediately.
