Recreate the delicious flavours of the upcoming fall season with cosy spices in a comforting cup of homemade pumpkin spice latte.

1 cup whole milk 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon ¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder ¼ teaspoon clove powder ½ teaspoon ginger powder 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree 1.5-2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree

Combine the whole milk, sugar and pumpkin puree in a saucepan and stir well.

Simmer on a low heat while you add the spice powders and vanilla extract.

Whisk well until aromatic and slightly orange in colour from the pumpkin.
