1 cup besan (gram flour) 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves 1/4 cup water 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds Salt to taste Oil for cooking
Combine besan, chopped mint leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, and salt to make the batter.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the griddle and cook.
Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
