Instead of buying protein powder from the market which might contain different chemicals and hamper your health. Here is a short guide to preparing protein powder at home.
¼ cup cashew, pistachios 1 cup almonds 2 tbsp chia seeds ½ cup walnut ½ cup oats 2 tbsp pumpkin, melon seeds ½ cup milk powder 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
Start by roasting almonds until they turn aromatic.
Roast sunflower, pumpkin, and melon seeds in the same pan.
After seeds, roast oats and chia seeds.
Once, everything cools down, add the ingredients to the blender.
Add milk powder, cashews, pistachios, and remaining ingredients to the grinder.
Sift the powder through a sieve. When preparing the drink, heat a cup of milk and a tablespoon of protein powder.
