Beat the heat with this creamy and refreshing Matka Malai Kulfi. Made with cream, nuts, and aromatic flavors, it's a perfect homemade frozen dessert for summer enjoyment.
1/2 cup milk 2 cups cream 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste) 1/4 cup mixed chopped nuts (such as almonds, pistachios, cashews) 1/2 tsp cardamom powder Saffron strands Matka (earthenware pots)
In a blender, add nuts and sugar. Blend them into a fine powder. In bowl add milk and saffron strands.
Now take a pan and add cream whisk it until smooth and creamy. Now add the powdered ingredients and mix.
Add the saffron mixture too. Mix well. Now pour the kulfi mixture into matkas. Garnish with nuts.
Cover the matkas with aluminum foil freezer. When the kulfi sets completely. Serve chilled!
