A creamy and indulgent treat that is also an enjoyable way to relish the fruit of the season, frozen yoghurt has lesser calories and half of the guilt that you might feel while bingeing ice cream. This sugar-free treat is also perfect for anyone who is on a fitness journey and wants something sweet.
4 ripe mangoes, chopped ¼ cup honey/maple syrup ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Freeze the chopped mangoes overnight in a container and add to a blender the following day.
Tip in the remaining ingredients and blitz until you have a smooth mixture.
Store in an air-tight container and freeze for 4-5 hours or overnight before enjoying.
