Indulge in the exotic flavours of lychee with this delicious yet super-easy dessert. It is the perfect treat for people of all ages and works well when you want to impress your guests. Here's a recipe for you to try:
1 can of lychee in syrup 2 cups of water 2 tablespoons of sugar 2 tablespoons of gelatin
In half a cup of warm water, dissolve the gelatin.
Combine sugar, 1.5 cups water, and canned lychee syrup in a saucepan and heat till it is boiling.
Add the dissolved gelatin to the mixture and stir until well combined. Transfer the mixture to the mould and garnish with lychees.
To set, refrigerate for two to three hours.
