Jamun, also known as java plum packs a lot of flavour and benefits to your health. It is a lovely fruit that carries an element of nostalgia with itself. Ingredients

500 grams jamun (java plum) 1 cup sugar 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice Optional: cardamom powder

Step 1

Wash and de-seed the jamun.

Cook jamun pulp over low-medium heat until thickened.

Add sugar and whisk until dissolved.
