Besan - 1 cup Water - 1 cup Curd - 1/2 cup Coriander mint chutney - 1/2 cup Oil - 1 tablespoon Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon Chopped green chilli - 1 Asofodtida - 1/8 teaspoon Grated coconut Pomegranate seeds Chopped coriander to garnish Salt to taste
Take the chutney in a bowl, add 1/2 cup water and mix well.
In another bowl, take a curd to add 1/2 cup water. Mix well and make the smooth buttermilk.
Take a besan in a saucepan. Add the chutney mixture, asafoetida, and buttermilk, mix well and ensure there are no lumps.
On low flame, cook the mixture till it is thickened.
Now, spread the batter with a spatula on a thali or on a kitchen platform and wait for about five minutes.
After the batter is set, roll it continue the process with the rest of the batter, and cut the rolls into pieces.
Make the tadka with oil, mustard seeds, and chopped green chilli, and add it to the rolls with chutney.
Garnish with grated coconut, chopped coriander leaves, and pomegranate seeds, and you’re ready to taste.
