Homemade Chicken Sausage Recipe: Follow These Step-By-Step Guide

Making chicken sausage at home is easy with this simple recipe. Using fresh ingredients like chicken thighs, ginger, spices, you can create delicious, homemade sausage patties in no time. 

Ingredients

700 gms skinless, boneless chicken thighs 1 small onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 tbsp ground sage 1 tsp celery seed 1 tbsp ginger paste ½ tsp salt ½ tsp ground black pepper 

Step 1

Cook onion, garlic, tomato paste, and spices in a skillet for 10 minutes. 

Step 2

Let the cooked mixture cool for 10 minutes after removing from heat. 

Step 3

Grind chicken thighs in a food processor until they form a paste. 

Step 4

Mix the cooked mixture with the ground chicken until well combined. 

Step 5

Shape the chicken mixture into cylindrical shape using ¼ cup of the mixture for each portion. 

Step 6

Dip your finger in cold water and roll the sausages on the paper. 

Step 6

Cook the sausages in a skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.  Serve hot with sauce and bread.
