Give your ice cream a makeover with this deliciously creamy variation. This treat features the use of avocados to add flavour and texture to every bite. The best part is that the process is straightforward and even a novice can nail it even on the first go.
2 ripe avocados 1 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt
Add the avocado flesh to a blender after scooping it out.
Blend coconut milk, condensed milk, vanilla essence, and a little amount of salt until creamy.
Fill a freezer-safe jar with the mixture. To guarantee a creamy texture, freeze for 4-6 hours, stirring the mixture every 1-2 hours.
Serve the ice cream as a post-meal dessert or to curb those midnight cravings.
