Indulge in the creamy richness of this homemade chocolate ice cream, made with just three simple ingredients. It's a delightful treat that's both easy to make and incredibly delicious!
2 cups of Heavy whipping cream 400 grams of Sweetened condensed milk ½ cup of Dutch cocoa powder 3 tablespoons of Chocolate chips (optional)
In a large mixing bowl, pour the heavy cream. Use an electric hand mixer to whip it for 5-8 minutes, or until it forms stiff peaks.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and continue to whip on low speed until the two ingredients are well combined.
Introduce the cocoa powder into the mixture and gently fold it in using a spatula until it's thoroughly blended.
To ensure there are no lumps of cocoa powder, give the mixture a final quick mix with the hand mixer.
Transfer the ice cream mixture into a container suitable for freezing; we used a metal loaf pan.
Cover the container with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours. Once the ice cream is frozen, serve and enjoy!
