We all enjoy thandai during Holi. Here is the recipe of this popular beverage with a hint of paan.
2 cup milk (chilled or semi-frozen) 4 tbsp thandai masala 1 tbsp gulkand paste 2 tbsp granulated white sugar 3 fresh betel leaves (chopped) 5 - 6 ice cubes
Combine thandai masala with milk, mix well. Add all the ingredients into the blender.
Blend to a smooth consistency. Serve paan thandai chilled or at room temperature.
