If Holi is a festival of colours, the treats should also be vibrant. In the spirit of Holi, you should make popsicles at home. They are colourful delights that children and adults cannot have enough of. Here is an easy-to-follow recipe you can try.
1 cup black raspberries or blackberries 1/2 ripe papaya 1 ripe mango 1 dragon fruit 1/2 honeydew melon 1 cup raspberries
Pick fruits of your choice, deseed them, and make a puree of every one of them.
Add the different purees in various containers and refrigerate them for a while to achieve a slightly thick consistency.
Start laying popsicle moulds. After adding each layer, top it with a few finely chopped pieces of the same fruit.
Once the last layer is done, gently add the wood in the centre and pierce it through the middle of the popsicle.
Refrigerate popsicles for about 3-4 hours.
Serve popsicles to kids and adults during Holi celebrations. It will keep them hydrated.
