Made with the fresh rose petals and rose essence, this variation of thandai is perfect for your Holi party.
2 tsp poppy seeds, 3 tbsp fennel seeds, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp cucumber seeds, 1/2 tsp green cardamom, 250 ml full cream milk, 1/4 cup ice cubes, 3 tsp sugar, 50 gm rose petals, 2 drops rose essence, 2 tsp rose syrup
Soak all the nuts and rose petals in 1 cup water overnight. Blend them to a fine paste. Now add milk, cardamom, pepper and sugar and run in a blender.
Add rose essence and rose syrup and blend till everything is mixed perfectly. Add crushed ice and serve.
