Holi is the time for celebration. And every celebration in India is connected to food. One of the most popular dishes is dahi vada. Here are tips to make perfect dahi vadas for holi.
Soak your vadas in curd infused water for some time to make them extra spongy.
Do not add thick curd on top of vadas. Add a little water to make a smooth base.
Do not over fry your vadas. That makes them hard and they do not soak the curd.
For your imli chutney, add jaggery instead of sugar for a better colour and consistency.
Pour curd on your vadas onky while serving them. It keeps them fresh for long.
