Dhuska is street delight from Jharkhand that is made with rice, chana dal and few spices. Here is the recipe, make it for Holi party.
1 1/2 cup basmati rice (soaked), 3/4 cup chana dal (soaked), 3 green chillies, 4 cloves garlic, 4-5curry leaves, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 3/4 cup coriander leaves, 4 onion, 1 pinch turmeric, 1/4 cup water, salt to taste
Grind soaked rice & dal with green chillies, garlic and little water. Add turmeric and salt to it.
Heat oil in a wok and gently drop the dhuska batter in it.
Fry until golden from both sides. Serve with any spicy curry.
