If you’re planning to eat low calorie snacks during monsoon, you’re in your right choice of food. Low calorie food helps in maintaining energy levels and avoid feeling of sluggish during the rainy season, besides promoting a healthier lifestyle. We have curated some of delicious snacks that you can grab during monsoon:
½ cup mixed seeds 1 cup almonds 1 cup peanuts ½ cup dates ½ cup warm water A pinch of cinnamon
Take a pan and dry roast seeds and keep it aside
To the same pan add almonds and saute
Add the peanuts to the pan and toss them well
Take a bowl and soak deseeded dates in warm bowl
Grind all the seeds and nuts together along with a dash of cinnamon
Roll the balls and enjoy
