1 cup oats 1 cup cottage cheese 4 egg whites 1 banana 1 scoop whey protein powder 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Cook on a non-stick skillet over medium heat until bubbles form, then flip.
Once golden brown, serve warm with your favourite toppings such as berries, yoghurt, bananas, maple syrup, and more.
