This dessert is the ideal blend of health and flavour as it packs both flavour and protein in one straightforward dessert. Prepared with staple pantry ingredients, this high-protein cottage cheese mousse is the ideal guilt-free dessert.
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 2-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste) 1 tsp vanilla extract Fresh berries or nuts (for garnish)
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Greek yoghurt, honey, and vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Spoon the mixture into serving bowls and chill for at least 1 hour.
Top with fresh berries or nuts before serving.
