1 cup cottage cheese 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Fresh berries, nuts, or granola for topping
Blend cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with berries, nuts, or granola. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until firm.
Break into pieces and enjoy. Store in the freezer for later.
