Mug cakes are a great way to indulge in your cravings without really sacrificing your fitness goals, as you can add many healthy ingredients that go unnoticed when mixed together. Here's a quick recipe for you:
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder 2 tablespoons of almond flour 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1 egg 2 tablespoons of milk 1 tablespoon of honey 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips (optional)
In a microwave-safe mug, mix protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Add eggs, milk, honey, and vanilla extract to the mug. Stir until smooth.
Fold in dark chocolate chips, if using. Microwave on high for 1–1.5 minutes.
