This recipe is the ideal combination of flavour and health as it incorporates fibre-rich oats with chocolate for a high-protein snack that is perfect to fuel your workouts. Here's a recipe for you:
1 cup rolled oats 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup milk 1 egg 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional) 1 ripe banana, mashed (optional)
Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F. Add protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt to the oats.
Beat together the egg, milk, honey, vanilla, and banana (if using).
Add chocolate chips after combining the dry and wet components.
Fill a buttered dish, then bake for twenty to thirty minutes. After letting it cool, slice and savour.
